Can I cancel my order?


Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible via email. Please be mindful that our processing time is 1-3 business days.




Damaged product?


Damaged or defective products may be returned to ShaiLadon Extensions after contacting us via email. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.




COVID-19 UPDATE


A letter from Shai Walker, CEO: DUE TO RECENT COVID-19 OUTBREAK SHAILADON EXTENSIONS IS PLACING AN EMERGENCY RETURN/REFUND POLICY FOR THE SAFETY FOR BOTH OUR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES: All orders placed, regardless or order date, cannot be returned, REFUNDED or exchanged between March 21, 2020 - JULY 31st, 2021. If order is NOT cancelled before shipment or wig orders is made, there is no way to return/refund/exchange once it has left our facility. Please verify all items and address are correct prior to order! We want to ensure that every customer receives brand new merchandise, and our employees are not handling potentially unsafe returns. Thank you for your understanding during these uncertain times. We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders at this time. Regular processing time will experience delay of 1 to 2 business days. Please bare with us as we work to fulfill all orders promptly.




How long is the shipping time?


Flat rate shipping requires 3-5 days for delivery after it ships. Shipping confirmation & tracking will be availabe via email as soon as your order departs. Please note that once package are received by USPS, we no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsiblity is on USPS, 1(800)-275-8777.
